Gladys Alfaro

Gladys Alfaro is the Youth Development Coordinator at Advancing the Seed, Inc. Her passion is to inspire and encourage our clients to remove barriers that hinder them from achieving goals they never even considered setting for themselves. Providing them with the tools necessary to reach positive outcomes in their personal lives, career, and economic stability. Having done this for many years in her community, she took a leap of faith, quit her 10 year job, and came to work for Advancing the Seed, Inc.

At Advancing the Seed, Inc. Gladys is able to work toward that passion everyday. As a certified Life Coach, Gladys provides on-site and off-site direction and training to support our clients with their goals. Through coaching and teaching, she provides our clients the tools needed to discover themselves and their potential, to choose a career goal and to develop life skills. Through the developing and implementing of our youth program, she is able to provide our clients Life Skills, Leadership Skills, Career Path or Education Exploration, and offers Career Coaching and Mentoring. By developing the youth in these areas, Gladys has found they have not just a fighting chance, but an actual opportunity to change their outcome to a more positive and rewarding one in aspects of their life.
