Advancing The Seed is a California 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, established in April 2015, to engage in the process of building healthy communities by providing career pathway coaching, training and developing. We seek to harness the energy of adolescents and young adults and leverage it for positive outcomes revolving around rebuilding their lives, families and communities, which includes understand public policy and community engagement. Our vision is to advance the economic stability of individuals by coaching, training, and developing them for a skilled workforce.
